Facebook is about to revolutionize the Internet World. Facebook is working on a Drone, by which now Internet Services will be provided through Drone Technology. Facebook said that, they’ll be providing a speed of 10 GB/Sec by these Internet Drones.
As per company, they briefed that the Drone’s wings are similar to Boeing 737 and it can fly upto the height of 90,000 feet. The Internet Drone of Facebook has an ability to remain in the air for almost 90 days.
Company said that, they will be launching the Internet Drone by end of current year in United States for testing purposes. Company’s Vice President for Global Engineering Jay Parikh said that the design of Internet Drone has been made by British Aerospace Team. He further said, that they want to fasten the speed in new technology, so that a better internet infrastructure should be revolutionized.
A Social Media website has said that the project is a part to sync the developing countries together. Experts believe that, by introducing such kind of technology, Facebook users will be increased enormously.
Mr. Jay Parikh has called Internet Drone, a major breakthrough in the history of technology. After completion of drone’s design, it has been tested in lab and it has been tested that the Internet Drone will be providing an Internet Data Speed of 10 GB/Sec, which is 10% higher than any internet speed.
Sometime ago, Facebook rewarded the world with the introduction of internet.org, but India had some reservations by which their technology companies showed their concerns. With the help of internet.org, Facebook tried to get approach for some of websites free of cost.
