Health Experts believe that, if someone is not doing their breakfast at morning than a body remains a victim of increased level of stress. As per research of Harvard School of Public Health, those who are not doing their breakfast are 27% more exposed to heart attacks and heart diseases. Health Experts believe that by taking breakfast, it increases the metabolism rate by which the process of burning the calories increases, which gets lower during the sleep time.
