NEW YORK: No one can ignore from the benefits present within walnut. Sometime ago, a research has been carried out, in which researchers revealed that if a person should take walnuts on daily basis, that one should be prevented from heart diseases and also can maintain their cholesterol levels.
A nutritionist Dr. Penny Chris of University of Pennsylvania said that if a person should take five walnuts a day or 3 tea spoons of walnut oil, than it helps to maintain blood stream and viscosity of blood within its blood vessels.
Researchers further elaborated that the daily usage of walnuts make heart stronger and one can prevents from heart diseases. They further said that, whoever has heart related diseases or anyone’s heart muscles getting weak, than they should start taking walnuts on daily basis immediately, as it is a best remedy to cure from any kind of heart diseases.
