Lack of Sleep can make you look old

Sleep is an important part of our daily life. Lack of sleep just for few days, can make harmful effects on health. It effects the skin and creates wrinkles, which affects the beauty of our face and feels to be looked ugly.

The research has been carried out in recent research made in England. The research has been made by ‘The Sleep School’. According to the research, lack of sleep can make person looks old before the age. The research was conducted between 30 women. In the research, it was concluded that if a person is not sleeping properly for at least 6 hours a week for only 5 days, than it reduces the beauty of face and creates wrinkles on overall skin, which makes the impression to seem old before that age.

In research, it also has been revealed that, if lacking of sleep continues for some weeks, than a threat of health system also increases and it creates stains over the face and also increases the old age factors as well. According to the health experts, sleep is an essential part for our life. It excretes the poisonous substances from our body and maintains our skin. They also said that, while decrease in the sleep duration, it threatens our overall health system. It happens only if one is not taking proper sleep just for 5 days. If the duration is been prolonged than the health problems especially skin problems also increases.


ڪجھ راتين جي گھٽ ننڊ توھان کي پوڙھو بڻائي سگھي ٿي

 صرف ڪجھ ڏينھن ڇھ ڪلاڪن جي ننڊ توھان جي پُرڪشش شخصيت کي جھرين جي شڪل ۾ بدصورتيءَ ڏانھن ڌِڪي ڇڏيندي آھي. ھيءَ آگاھي برطانيه ۾ ٿيندڙ ھڪ نئي طبي تحقيق ۾ سامھون آئي آهي.

دِي سليپ اسڪول جي تحقيق جي مطابق گھٽ ننڊ جي عادت  توھان کي وقت کان پھريون پوڙھو بڻائڻ جي لاءِ ڪافي آھي. ان تحقيق جي دوران ٽيھ عورتن جو جائزو ورتو ويو، جنھن کانپوءِ ھِيءَ ڳالھ سامھون آئي ته صرف پنج راتين ۾ ڇھ ڪلاڪ ننڊ ڪرڻ، جِلِد جي  ڪشش کي ختم ڪرڻ جي لاءِ ڪافي آھي ۽ جُھرِين جو خطرو پڻ ٻيڻو ٿي ويندو آھي.

تحقيق ۾ اھو به ٻڌايو ويو آھي ته جيڪڏھن ننڊ ۾ گھٽتائي جو سلسلو ڪجھ ھفتن تائين برقرار رھي ته ان جا اثرات بدترين ھوندا آھن ۽ وقت کان اڳ ۾ پوڙھائپ سان گڏ جِلِد تي ھميشه جي داغن جو خطرو به وڌي ويندو آھي. ڊاڪٽر گائي ميڊوز جي مطابق ننڊ اسان جي جسم جي مرمت ۽ چمڙيءَ جي  زھريلن اثراتن کي ٻاھر ڪڍڻ جي لاءِ تمام ضروري آھي. انھن جو چوڻ ھيو ته جڏھن سمھڻ جو وقت گھٽ ھوندو آھي ته جسم جي چمڙيءَ تي پوڻ وارا منفي اثرجسم جي ۾ موجود مختلف صلاحيتن کي به گھٽائي ٿو. اهو اثر صرف پنجن راتين جي مڪمل ننڊ نه ٿيڻ سان به جسم جي صلاحيتن ۾ گھٽتائي اچي ٿي وڃي. جيڪڏهن اهڙو ڪرڻ جو دورانيو وڌي وڃڻ جي ڪري ان جا خطرناڪ اثر به وڌي وڃڻ جو خطرو پيدا ٿئي ٿو.
