LAHORE: A huge increase in Mobile Phone users has been seen in Pakistan day by day. Telecommunication market is launching many new Mobile Phones with new attractive features, on other hand telecommunication companies are also offering attractive packages for their users as well.
If we talk about Mobile Phone balance, whoever would like to charge the balance will be shocked after seeing the available amount within their phone. Pakistani Mobile Phone users knows that, whenever they’ll charge their balance with the amount of 100 rupees, they will be given a balance of 75 rupees. Whereas, 25 rupees goes into the government treasury. Now Mobile Phone users has another shocking news. Effective from July 1st, 2015 on charging a balance of 100 rupees, a user will get a balance of 64 rupees. Remaining 36 rupees will goes to the government treasury account. As per Pakistan Government, the money will be utilized for the development of country.
As a remembrance, Government of Pakistan during current budget of 2015-16 has imposed new taxes on Mobile Phones. People has recorded their protests against the taxes which has been imposed on cellular phones and their tariffs. People has shown a concern that Cellphone has become a basic need of communication for everyone. Everyone use cellphone for their basic needs whether that is linked to their personal needs or business needs. Cellphone has become an important need for every person. They believe that Government of Pakistan is planning to have a conspiracy to end the usage of Cellular Phone from the poor people, which is not acceptable at any cost.

لاھور: پاڪستان ۾ موبائل فونز جي صارفين ۾ ڏينھون ڏينھن اضافو ٿيندو پيو وڃي ۽ ڏينهن و ڏينهن مارڪيٽ ۾ نئين موبائلن سان گڏو گڏ ٽيلي ڪميونيڪيشن ڪمپنين جي طرفان نيون نيون آفرز به متعارف ڪرايون وڃن پيون پر جڏھن ڳالھ ايندي آھي موبائل فون ۾ بيلينس لوڊ ڪرائجي ته تقريباۡ ھر صارفين کي ناني ياد اچي ٿي وڃي. پاڪستان ۾ موبائل فون استعمال ڪرڻ وارا اھو ڄاڻن ٿا ته سؤ رپين جي بيلينس جي بدلي پنجھتر رپيا ئي ملندا آھن ۽ باقي رقم قومي خزاني جي نظر ٿي ويندي آھي پر ھاڻي صارفين جي لاءِ تشويشناڪ خبر ھي آھي ته پھرين جولائي کان ڪنھن به نيٽ ورڪ کان سؤ رپين جو بيلينس حاصل ڪرڻ جي بدلي صرف چَوھَٺِ رپيا ئي ملندا ۽ باقي رقم ملڪ جي ترقيءَ جي لاءِ قومي خزاني ۾ ھلي ويندي . صارفين جي يادگيريءَ جي لاءِ اھو ٻڌائيندا ھلون ته وفاقي حڪومت مالي سال 16 -2015 جي بجٽ ۾ موبائل فون تي نوان ٽيڪس لڳايا آھن ۽ اِھو اُن ئي ٽيڪس جو نتيجو آھي. عوام ھر نئين ٽيڪس جي نسبت مذڪوره ٽيڪس تي ئي وڌيڪ احتجاج ڪيو آھي ۽ چيو آھي ته اڄ ڪلھ جي دور ۾ موبائل فون ھر ڪنھن جي ضرورت بڻجي چڪي آھي ۽ ھر خاص ۽ عام ڪاروبار، دوست ۽ رشتيدارن سان رابطي جي لاءِ استعمال ڪري ٿو پر موبائل فون جي استعمال تي ٽيڪس ھڻي غريب عوام جي پھنچ کان پري ڪرڻ جي سازش ڪئي آھي جيڪا ڪنھن به حالت ۾ قبول نه آھي.
