The government has announced to give five thousand euros to the parents on the birth of child in a town of Portugal to overcome the problems of rapidly decreasing the population. According to the foreign correspondence, Portugal’s population growth rate is the lowest rate in the European Union countries. The government of Portugal has worried about the declining in the population. The administration of a town of Portugal has started the scheme with the name of “money for the birth of child” due to lack of population. Under this scheme, the parents are being given five thousand euros on the birth of child so the parents can be able to meet the expenditures in this regard. The administration of the town said that under this scheme, six couples have got financial support on the birth of kids. Apart from this, more births are expected this year. The rate of the child’s birth in Portugal is extremely low due to economic crisis. Experts says that if this trend declining in population continues, the Portugal population will be dropped from fifteen million to 8.5 million in 2060.

پرتگال جي هڪ علائقي ۾ تيزي سان گهٽ ٿيڻ واري آبادي جي مسئلي تي قابو ڪرڻ جي لاءِ انتظاميا ٻارن جي پيدائش تي والدين کي پنج هزار يورو ڏيڻ جو اعلان ڪيو آهي. غير ملڪي ايجنسي جي مطابق پرتگال ۾ آبادي ۾ اضافي جي شرح يورپي يونين ۾ شامل ملڪن ۾ سڀ کان گهٽ آهي. آبادي ۾ گهٽتائي جي سبب پرتگال جي هڪ علائقي الڪوٽي جي انتظاميا ٻارن جي پيدائش جي بدلي رقم جي نالي سان منصوبو شروع ڪيو آهي جنهن جي تحت ٻارن جي پيدائش تي والدين کي پنج هزار يورو ڏنا وڃي رهيا آهن ته جيئن والدين هن سلسلي ۾ ٿيڻ وارن خرچن کي پورو ڪري سگهن. علائقي جي انتظاميا جو چوڻ آهي ته هن منصوبي جي تحت اڃا تائين 6 جوڙا ٻارن جي پيدائش تي مالي مدد حاصل ڪري چڪا آهن. هن کان علاوه هلندڙ سال وڌيڪ ٻارن جي پيدائش جو انديشو آهي. واضح رهي ته پرتگال ۾ اقتصادي بحران جي سبب ٻارن جي پيدائش جي شرح تمام گهٽ آهي. ماهرين جو چوڻ آهي ته آبادي ۾ گهٽتائي جو هي رجحان جاري رهيو ته 2060 تائين هن جي آبادي هڪ ڪروڙ 50 لک کان گهٽ ٿي ڪري 86 لک رهجي ويندي
