Sindh High Court has ordered for the removal of Barriers and Wall-Chalking in Karachi City.
KARACHI: Sindh High Court has ordered for the removal of barriers and wall-chalking from all over the Karachi City. A two bench committee under the supervision of Justice Hassan Izhar heared the petition of Walk-Chalking and removal of barriers from the city.
While hearing the petition it was mentioned that in 2011 Supreme Court of Pakistan, ordered to remove all kinds of barriers from Karachi City, but that was ignored that moment. Court further added that reinstating the process of removing of barriers by Sindh Rangers is commendable and expressed that it should be continued as the barriers give birth to more criminal activities.
During petition Rangers and Police jointly submitted a report in which they highlighted that there were barriers throughout Bilawal House and Pervez Musharraf’s residence, which have been removed, while some barriers which are installed outside the foreign embassies and that are not possible to be removed due to security concerns.
Court ordered to remove all kind of barriers throughout the city and ordered to submit the report in this case.

ڪراچي: سنڌ هائي ڪورٽ ڪراچي شهر مان رڪاوٽون ۽ وال چاڪنگ جي مڪمل خاتمي جو حڪم ڏئي ڇڏيو. ڪراچي مان رڪاوٽون ۽ وال چاڪنگ جي متعلق درخواست جي ٻڌڻي سنڌ هائي ڪورٽ جي جسٽس حسن اظهر جي سربراهي ۾ 2 رڪنن جي بينچ ڪئي. ٻڌڻي جي دوران عدالت ريمارڪس ڏنو ته 2011 ۾ رڪاوٽن جي خاتمي جي متعلق سپريم ڪورٽ جو حڪم نظر انداز ڪيو ويو هيو جڏهن ته رينجرز جي طرفان رڪاوٽون هٽائڻ جو عمل قابل تعريف آهي جنهن کي اڳتي به جاري رهڻ گهرجي ڇو جو رڪاوٽن جي هڻڻ سان جرائم ۾ اضافو ٿيندو آهي. درخواست جي ٻڌڻي دوران پوليس ۽ رينجرز جي طرفان رپورٽ پيش ڪئي وئي جنهن ۾ چيو ويو آهي ته بلاول هاؤس سميت سابق صدر مشرف جي رهائشگاھ تان رڪاوٽون هٽايون ويون آهن. جڏهن ته ڪجھ غير ملڪي سفارتخانن مان سيڪيورٽي خدشن جي سبب رڪاوٽون هٽائڻ ممڪن نه آهي. عدالت جو شهر مان رڪاوٽن جو مڪمل خاتمي تي رپورٽ پيش ڪرڻ جو حڪم ڏئي ڪري درخواست جي ٻڌڻي کي ختم ڪيو.
