ISLAMABAD: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has reduced its tariff for K-Electric consumers. The reduced tariff will be adjusted within the bills of April and May. The tariff has been reduced by Rs. 4.45.
As per request which was sent to NEPRA by K-Electric, a tariff has been decreased for its consumers. The tariff will be adjustment in the bills for the month of April and May. The adjustment has been made under fuel adjustment account. NEPRA made a brief survey over a fuel adjustment and finally concluded reduce in Electricity bills for K-Electric consumers.
This reduction has been made for the April and May bills on an account of Fuel Adjustment. In this subsidy, consumers who have consumption less than 300 units has no benefit of it.
