FOUR KILLED 15, INJURED IN VAN-TRUCK COLLISION

SHIKARPUR, Dec 15, (APP): Four passengers were killed, while 15 others were seriously injured in collision of a passenger van and a truck on Sukkur-Shikarpur road near Jamra graveyard in the jurisdiction of Lakhi Ghulam Shah police station Saturday morning.According to reports, the ill-fated van was coming from Hyderabad after attending Muslim League Functional’s Programme collided with a truck coming from opposite side on Indus Highway road.As a result of collision, four passengers including van driver Gul Muhammad Bhatti, Haq Nawaz Khoso, Rasool Bux Khoso and Ghulam Qader Qambrani died on the spot.The other 15 passengers identified as Arz Muhammad Khoso, Manthar Ahmed Khoso, Razi Khan Khoso, Mukhtiar Unar, Khamiso Khoso, Nasrullah Khoso, Rab Nawaz Khoso, Akbar Ali Khoso, Khadim Hussain Khoso, Ghulam Nabi Khoso, Rahim Bux Khoso,Haji Ghulam Qader Khoso, Faiz Muhammad Khoso, Haji Abdullah Khoso and Muhammad Anwar Khoso were injured.

They were sent to Civil Hospital for medical treatment. The bodies of the deceased were handed over to their relatives after conducting postmortem at Civil Hospital Shikarpur.
Two of the injured Arz Muhammad Khoso and Haji Abdullah Khoso were referred to Sukkur and Larkana hospital in serious condition.The passengers belonged to Thul District Jacobabad.
