MUMBAI: An Indian based 12 employees of a restaurant has cooked the world’s largest Jalebi and Amarti. They’ve set a World Record by making the world’s largest Jalebi and Amarti.
A Jalebi and Amarti was made in the Indian City Mumbai, where around 12 employees of a restaurant participated to make world’s largest Jalebi and Amarti. An Amarti was weighed for about 37 Kgs with an average of 9 feet diameter while Jalebi was with the average diameter of 8.2 feet and its weight was around 18 Kgs.
In order to prepar a world’s largest Jalebi and Amarti, around 1000 Kgs of Sugar Syrup and 3500 Kgs of Cooking Ghee was used.
Sapna Chaturvedi, an owner of the restaurant said that they made the largest Jalebi of the world in around 5 hours and 53 minutes, while Amirti took a time of 5 hours and 48 minutes. Team who has participated to prepare the largest jJalebi and Amarti, rehearsed for around 2 hours a day for around 100 days training, but people finished both the sweets which 40 minutes.

ممبئي: ڀارت جي هڪ هوٽل جي 12 ملازمن دنيا جي سڀ کان وڏي امرتي ۽ جليبي ٺاهي ڪري عالمي ريڪارد قائم ڪيو آهي. ڀارت جي شهر ممبئي جي مقامي هوٽل ۾ دنيا جي سڀ کان وڏي امرتي ۽ جليبي جي تياري ۾ 12 ماڻهن تي مشتمل گروپ حصو ورتو، 37 ڪلو وزني امرتي جو قطر 9 فٽ جڏهن ته 8.2 فٽ قطر جي جليبي جو وزن 18 ڪلو گرام هيو. دنيا جي سڀ کان وڏي امرتي ۽ جليبي جي تياري جي لاءِ هڪ هزار چاشني جڏهن ته 3500 ڪلو گيھ جو استعمال ڪيو ويو. هوٽل جي مالڪ سپنا چترويدي جو چوڻ هيو ته دنيا جي سڀ کان وڏي جليبي جي تياري ۾ 5 ڪلاڪ 53 منٽ جڏهن ته امرتي جي تياري ۾ 5 ڪلاڪ 48 منٽن ۾ تيار ڪئي وئي. هن جي تياري ۾ شامل ٽيم 100 ڏينهن تائين 2 ڪلاڪ جي ٽريننگ حاصل ڪئي پر ٻنهي مٺاين کي ماڻهن 40 منٽن کان به گهٽ وقت ۾ هڙپ ڪري ڇڏيو
